Alton Towers
Alton Towers is the UKs most loved Theme Park set in over 500 acres of countryside. The park attracts over 2.5 million visitors per year. There are over 30 attraction within the park including 8 Roller Coasters and 3 Water Rides. The Alton Towers complex now includes 2 Hotels, Adventure golf and a water park.
The Rides
Alton Towers have a wide range of rides for all ages including the tame tea cup ride though to the mega fast Rita - Queen of Speed.

Alton Towers is open from 9.30am each morning with rides opening at 10.00am. The park closes at different times throughout the year with the earliest being 5pm. The park close times can be checked on entry to the park. The park is open for the 2007 season from 17th March until the 11th November.
The Waterpark at Alton Towers is open from 10am until 8pm during peak seasons and during the off peak season it is open 10am until 8pm (Fri and Sat) and 10am until 6pm the rest of the week.
